Orders will normally be processed and shipped within 2 working days by UPS ground or trucking service. Emergency orders which required shipment by air, must be stated at the time of ordering. Scheduled shipping, delivery or performance dates will be included in your order confirmation.


All errors and shortages must be reported to Zinko within TEN (10) days after receipt of shipment. Damage claims must be directed to your carrier.


For your own protection, inspect shipments before signing the freight bill. If merchandise has been damaged in shipment, notify the transportation company at once so you do not lose your right to file a claim with the carrier. Return broken or damaged merchandise to Zinko using the procedure as stated above.
